Skip Davis has been a full-time Real Estate Broker for over 40 years. After earning
his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from Cal
State Fullerton, he built and operated his own successful brokerage for 25
years. Skip has been deeply involved in the Redhawk and Temecula communities
for more than a decade, volunteering on the Redhawk Architectural Committee
and Board of Directors, and currently serving on the Temecula Creek
Homeowners Association. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find
him enjoying a round of golf with the Redhawk Men’s Club.
Holly Davis originally from Minnesota, began her real estate career in California
working with new home builders. With over 30 years of experience, she
offers expert knowledge in residential resale, new home construction,
and commercial real estate. Since moving to Redhawk in 2002, Holly has been
active in the community especially at Redhawk Elementary, where she served for
years as a PTA member, Room Mom, and school volunteer.
Chip Davis our next-generation Realtor-in-the-making was in kindergarten when we
moved to Redhawk. After growing up in the heart of the Temecula Valley, he
recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Business
Administration: Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Chip brings a fresh
perspective, digital fluency, and a lifelong connection to the community we
serve. Together, we bring over 60 years of combined real estate
experience, deep local knowledge, and a family-first approach to
every transaction. We don’t just work in Temecula we live here, volunteer
